Fierce Software to Offer Cloudera Products to Public Sector; Robert Carey Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Fierce Software, an information technology platforms reseller, will provide public sector customers access to Cloudera’s products under a partnership between the two companies.

Herndon, Virginia-based Fierce Software said Monday it will offer Cloudera’s platforms through its position on the General Services Administration Schedule.

“Cloudera is very excited to have partnered with Fierce Software and look forward to being able to serve Government customers and achieve mission results through them,” said Robert Carey, president of Cloudera Government Solutions and a previous Wash100 Award winner.

Fierce Software will also list on the GSA Advantage! electronic ordering platform all Cloudera offerings.

Eric Updegrove, general manager at Fierce Software, said the company has been working with Cloudera and other public sector clients to meet data sharing and enterprise analytics objectives and is excited to provide agencies access to Cloudera’s platforms meant to transform and support data lifecycle management.
