Two Six Technologies, a high-growth, technology-focused provider of products and expertise for national security customers, announced on Tuesday that the company has officially acquired Trusted Concepts Inc.

Trusted Concepts represents the first acquisition for Two Six Technologies since its inception in Feb. 2021. Trusted Concepts is a leading provider of high-end information technology services to federal and commercial clients with deep domain expertise in cyber, data analytics, secure communications and encryption.
“With our combined technical and operational capabilities, Two Six Technologies now has the means to more rapidly address the mission needs of a broad set of intelligence customers,” Logue added.
The official terms of the acquisition have yet to be disclosed. Baird acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction. Miles & Stockbridge acted as legal advisor to Trusted Concepts. Latham & Watkins LLP acted as legal advisor to Carlyle Group and Two Six Technologies.
