NCI Information Systems to Offer AI Tech, Services Under Navy's SeaPort-NxG Contract; Paul Dillahay Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

NCI Information Systems will compete for task orders to provide artificial intelligence-powered tools and services under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation acquisition vehicle, which has a remaining value of $7.5 billion.

The company said Wednesday it won a prime position on the SeaPort-NxG indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that provides for the needs of the Navy and Marine Corps for support services across program management, engineering and 21 other functional areas, NCI said Wednesday.

The contract also covers software development, systems and network engineering, financial analysis support, information systems, logistics and quality assurance. It holds a 2.5-year base period and a five-year ordering period.

Paul Dillahay, president and CEO of NCI and a three-time Wash100 recipient, said the company will use AI and other technologies to help the Navy maintain the security, modernity and reliability of systems, assets and platforms.

The Navy announced 600 companies including NCI as contributors of SeaPort-NxG in July.
