SkyePoint Decisions has promoted Frank Sturek to president and Heather Conigliaro to chief operations officer while Christopher Giusti will continue serving as the chief financial officer.
The company said Wednesday Sturek, former chief development officer, will now be responsible for business growth and strategy, including strengthening current capabilities and securing new contracts focused on the cybersecurity and information technology challenges of company clients.
Conigliaro, as COO, will take charge of all aspects of SkyePoint Decisions’ client-focused contract delivery execution, field workforce capability development and program management office

Sturek has over two decades of leadership experience. He served as a U.S. Army Infantry officer in multiple combat tours. His military career also included an assignment on the Joint Staff at the Department of Defense.
After his active service, Sturek served multiple growth-focused roles at Northrop Grumman, Engility, Alion Science and Technology and Axiologic Solutions.
On the other hand, Conigliaro has nearly 20 years of experience leading government services programs at Northrop and CACI International.
SkyePoint Decisions offers enterprise-wide and targeted technologies for challenges faced by its federal government customers. The company focuses on enabling client’s ability to deliver their mission as a prime contractor.
