By Light Professional IT Services has received a Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development appraisal at Level 3 for its efforts in support of customer satisfaction and services as well as continuous process and performance improvement.
The capability improvement framework gives organizations “essential elements of effective processes” aimed at boosting their performances, the McLean, Virginia-based information technology and cyber services company said Tuesday.
“By Light’s commitment to achieving high performance and quality in meeting customer needs is demonstrated by the workforce’s process rigor dedication in delivering high-quality solutions to earn and achieve customer satisfaction,” said Bob Donahue, CEO of By Light.
Julie Stein, a certified lead appraiser and instructor, together with CGI, conducted the appraisal, which was completed March 9.
By Light previously got the CMMI Level 3 reappraisal in August 2018.
