The Defense Information Systems Agency has issued a draft request for proposals for a potential $960 million follow-on contract for test and evaluation support services.
The proposed Test, Evaluation and Certification II Services vehicle will be a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a base performance period of four years, five option years and a six-month option term, according to a notice posted Friday on the beta SAM website.
The TEC II Services IDIQ’s scope includes test and evaluation planning, results reporting and data collection and analysis for various functional areas such as C5ISR; cybersecurity, tactical, strategic and national intelligence systems; and emerging network, cloud, mobility and Department of Defense Information Network capabilities.
The draft RFP listed several performance requirement areas that could help DOD’s Joint Interoperability Test Command meet its clients’ test and evaluation needs, including developmental T&E; operational T&E; interoperability T&E; unified capabilities T&E; cybersecurity T&E; and DevSecOps.
DISA will host a virtual presolicitation conference on the proposed TEC II Services contract on April 12. Interested stakeholders have until April 9 to register for the event.
