Full-service systems integrator Tyto Athene has secured a task order under the Network-Centric Solutions-2 contract for sustainment services in support of 911 systems at the U.S Air Force Reserve public safety answering points and across Air National Guard and USAF installations.
The company said Wednesday it will support software revisions, provide Joint Interoperability Test Command-certified software patches for E911 systems and sustain digital logging recorders and hardware components.
Contract work covers hardware replacement, remote support for escalated issues and repair and return work services.
The company will also deploy personnel to maintain the continuity of operations.
Tyto is a Herndon, Virginia-headquartered company that designs, implements and supports voice, data and security networks for first responders and government customers.Â
