Tim Massey, a 29-year industry veteran, has joined Radiance Technologies as vice president for strategy and operations tasked to oversee the company's program planning, execution, business development and strategy activities.
He will also perform operational and strategic support tasks for Radiance's defense segment as part of his responsibilities in his new role, the company said Friday.
Massey brings to Radiance his experience in supporting the Department of Defense and the intelligence sector through joint U.S.-Israeli ballistic missile development projects as well as various efforts in the areas of radar modeling, simulation, missile modeling and threat definition.
His career also includes working at Boeing where he helped create operational crew protocols for the International Space Station.
