Palantir has launched an enterprise resource planning software product designed to operate with Amazon Web Services' cloud platform and help customers manage disparate business data.
The ERP Suite runs on AWS environments and makes use of the Palantir Foundry platform to simplify workflow and data discovery, the software provider said Friday.
Other features include a library of use cases, such as supply chain management, that are based on the operations of specific industries.
Teresa Carlson, vice president of the worldwide public sector and industries business at AWS and six-time Wash100 Award recipient, said the ERP technology offering is intended to accelerate data-based intelligence collection and decision-making processes.
Palantir noted that global energy company BP and specialty chemicals producer Lanxess have adopted the platform.
