TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 25, 2021 — Serco Group’s North American division aims to expand work with the Department of Defense by acquiring Reston, Virginia-based management consulting services provider Whitney, Bradley & Brown, GovCon Wire reported Feb. 16.
"This acquisition aligns with our strategy to expand our scope of services with the Air Force, Army, Missile Defense Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other key accounts," said Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Inc. and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient.
The deal is valued at approximately $295 million and is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
