The U.S. Army has selected six companies to design, build, sustain, modernize and restore military and civilian facilities under a $76M multiple-award contract.
The construction companies based in Colorado, Florida, Tennessee and Utah will compete for task orders under the firm-fixed-price contract and work to complete duties by Jan. 21, 2026, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The contractors are:
- Iron Mike – Bristol joint venture
- JE Hurley
- John Bowman
- Relyant Global
- Sage – HHI JV
- Yerkes South BCS JV
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will assign performance locations and funds per order.
USACE held a competitive solicitation for the contract and gathered 17 proposals.
