TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 2, 2020 — The Space Enterprise Consortium appointed Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, senior vice president of government strategy and policy at Inmarsat Government, to serve for a term of up to two years on the organization's executive committee, GovCon Wire reported Oct. 7.
