Syd Rahman, former capture director at ManTech International, has rejoined the company as executive director of capture management for Defense Health Agency programs.
Rahman will oversee ManTech’s efforts to meet DHA’s health information technology objectives while driving strategy development and customer collaborations, FedHealth IT reported Monday.
Most recently, Rahman served as capture director for federal government services at health insurance firm Anthem where he led the identification of new opportunities with DHA and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
He first joined ManTech in 2017 as capture director with oversight on the company’s Department of Health and Human Services programs for over two years.
He held similar leadership roles at Dovel Technologies, VMware, Harris and Sytel throughout his more than 18-year industry career.
