Denver-based software company Palantir Technologies is scheduled to debut Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange through direct listing and NSYE said the company’s listing will have a reference price of $7.25 a share, CNBC reported Tuesday.
The report said the reference price would give Palantir a valuation of $15.7B based on a fully diluted count of 2.17B outstanding shares.
The big data analytics company disclosed in its Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday that 475.8M shares of common stock will be available for trading on the first day.
Palantir filed to go public in August through a direct listing on NYSE using the ticker symbol “PLTR.â€
