A business accelerator backed by the Air Force Research Laboratory’s space vehicles directorate has chosen eight small businesses to develop approaches to protect cyber-physical systems in the space domain.

The Catalyst Accelerator said Wednesday participating companies in the Cyber for Space Applications cohort will attend a virtual meeting once every two weeks over a three-month period that begins Sept. 1 and receive funds from program sponsor Booz Allen Hamilton.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with potential customers and deliver technology presentations to public and private sector representatives at a demo event scheduled for November.

Members of the upcoming cohort are:

  • ANOVA Intelligence
  • ARMS Cyber Defense
  • Astrapi
  • CyberCentric Technologies
  • Corlina
  • DornerWorks
  • Lyteloop
  • Vitro Technology Corp.

AFRL/RV formed the accelerator to drive warfighter technology development and transfer initiatives through government-industry collaboration.
