Carahsoft Technology has agreed to serve as the master government aggregator of SpiderOak Mission Systems‘ suite of tools designed to secure user communications and collaboration through zero knowledge and distributed ledger approaches.
The partnership will offer the CrossClave file sharing platform through Carahsoft’s reseller network and its position on NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V vehicle, the company said Wednesday.
Michael Campanelli, vice president of federal at SpiderOak Mission Systems, said the company offers a security value proposition and seeks to expand its reach to potential federal clients.
CrossClave uses zero knowledge encryption intended to help organizations reduce the attack surface and exploitable vulnerabilities in a network environment.
The platform also applies a private blockchain to ensure data and process security, Carahsoft added.
