Nathan Dickstein, a 12-year investment sector veteran, has been named director of AE Industrial Partners‘ Aerospace Opportunities Fund.
He will oversee the private equity firm’s aircraft and engine asset acquisition strategy to create leasing and structured credit options via the new investment fund, AEI said Tuesday.
Before AEI, Dickstein served as senior vice president of Marathon Asset Management’s structured credit unit. He also worked as a credit analyst for AWAS Aviation Capital’s risk management group and handled deal structuring services and transaction analysis at DVB Bank SE’s Deucalion Aviation Funds investment arm.
David Rowe, managing partner of AEI, said Dickstein brings aircraft leasing origination and management experience as the company aims to identify new aerospace market opportunities.
