Riva Solutions has added Becky Wright, Jeff Anderson and Lucas Wylie to its leadership team as the company moves to the next phase of its corporate growth plan.
The company said Friday Becky Wright, a human resources professional with more than 17 years of experience, has taken the role of vice president for human resources.
Prior to her appointment, Wright held the same role at ITG prior to its acquisition by ICF. She also worked at OGSystems and QinetiQ’s North America segment in various capacities.
Jeff Anderson, a former government employee who also worked at Excella, Noblis and General Dynamics’ information technology business, will serve as vice president of proposals at Riva. He will promote budget responsibility, pipeline management and best practices under his new role.
Lucas Wylie, a 20-year government contracting professional and military veteran, will assume the role of director for talent acquisition.
Riva is a Small Business Administration-accredited company that offers information technology, science, engineering, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning and management services.
