TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 14, 2020 — A joint venture between Perspecta's (NYSE: PRSP) Knight Point Systems subsidiary and Oasys International will compete for information technology support task orders through a potential $13.4B U.S. Air Force contract, ExecutiveGov reported April 29.
Invictus JV intends to offer Agile development, cybersecurity, cloud migration and systems engineering support under the Air Force Materiel Command's Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions procurement vehicle, which contains a five-year base period and five one-year options, Perspecta said April 29.
Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Perspecta and a 2020 Wash100 winner, said Knight Point and Oasys combined complementary offerings to support the military branch.
The branch awarded positions to Invictus and 19 other vendors on the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in December.
