The Nuclear Regulatory Commission seeks industry information on commercial information technology products required by the agency’s inspector general.

NRC seeks monitoring dashboards, electronic storage, real-time collaboration platforms and other applications used by the IG offices of other agencies, NRC said Friday in a SAM notice.

The agency intends to manage digital access, report data, monitor work performance, implement new applications, observe compliance with various requirements and pursue other IG-required tasks via commercial-off-the-shelf products.

These products will also support the agency’s efforts to develop risk-based audit plans and oversee all audit-related activities.

Interested parties may respond to NRC's request through May 22.

NRC’s Office of the Inspector General handles about 40 cases, 30 audits and almost 200 allegations annually.
