James Bryant, a four-decade industry veteran, has been appointed technical adviser for federal electronic health record modernization at Reston, Va.-based management and technology consulting firm SeKON Enterprise.
In his new capacity, Bryant will advise FEHRM Director Monica Farah-Stapleton as well as the departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense on sociotechnical matters, SeKON said Tuesday.
DoD and VA jointly established an FEHRM organization to specifically work on the modernization project.
"Jim will prove to be invaluable as a catalyst for innovation for our customers and within our organization," said SeKON CEO Angela Wilson.
His professional experience covers leadership, teaching, advisory and management roles.
