CACI International has wrapped up the deployment of an enterprise pay system to the U.S. National Guard.
The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army suite is designed to simplify, standardize and incorporate soldier personnel data and pay processes into the U.S. Army’s various components, the company said Wednesday.
The system enables users to access their records remotely through a web-based human resources platform with self-service features.
“IPPS-A will allow commanders, leaders, and HR professionals in the field to access timely, accurate, and standardized personnel data for their soldiers,†said John Mengucci, president and CEO at CACI and a 2020 Wash100 awardee.
CACI won a $159M contract in 2015 to develop and field IPPS-A to the Army. The platform’s deployment to the National Guard brings the cumulative number of users to 340K.
CACI eyes the development of an IPPS-A variant for reserve and active-duty soldiers, which will elevate the number of users to 1.2M.
