The U.S. Air Force is seeking feedback that will help inform its procurement strategy for an initiative to study the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on service operations and readiness efforts, Inside Defense reported Tuesday.
USAF noted Friday in a request for information it looks to update the branch's program objective memorandum and decision-making process related to investments.
The service is considering working with a contractor to conduct an industrial base study, craft readiness recovery plans and determine flying-hours program challenges, the report said.
