William Harman, a retired U.S. Army colonel, has been named director of operations at ARServices’ research and development support services segment.
He will manage ARServices’ R&D portfolio and brings his experience supporting scientific organizations that studied chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, the company said Tuesday.
Prior to this appointment, Harman was director of operations at Virginia-based construction company Branch Civil. He previously served as portfolio manager at Engility, where he oversaw CBRN-related advisory and assistance support for defense customers.
He also worked at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency for nine years.
