The Department of the Navy has launched a $30M multiple-award solicitation for the development of technologies that are applicable for dual-use under a specific set of topics.
DON invites small businesses to apply for opportunities under the Technology Acceleration broad agency announcement through May 28, Naval Sea Systems Command said Friday.
Participants will work to create and commercialize dual-use technologies designed for use in rapid reconstitution of communications and compact hardware, naval depot modernization and sustainment, deployable systems manufacturability and digital logistics.
Interested parties may submit five-page project proposals to apply for five-month awards worth a maximum of $150K each. Qualifying participants will move to the program’s demonstration phase for additional funds of up to $1.7M.
California-based organizations Small Business Development Center and Procurement Technical Assistance Center will offer support services to help with proposals under the BAA.
DON issued the BAA under the Small Business Innovation Research program.
