Maximus’ federal services business has been appraised at Maturity Level 5 under the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration Version 2.0 framework.
The company said Tuesday it has carried out process optimization and followed principles on continuous enhancement to receive the rating.
Bruce Caswell, president and CEO at Maximus and a 2020 Wash100 winner, said the firm employed high-maturity approaches to perform data-driven adjustments in service delivery to meet customers’ needs.
Maximus also secured Maturity Level 5 ratings under the CMMI framework for services and development.
The V2.0 framework extends the coverage of the CMMI model from capabilities and project-level processes to performance enhancement and enterprise-level practices.
