GAO Decision Sustains Leidos’ Incumbency on DoDIN Support Contract; Gerry Fasano Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 23, 2020 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) will continue to manage the Department of Defense’s global information network after the Government Accountability Office rejected a protest of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s $6.52B contract award to the company in December, GovCon Wire reported April 6.

FedScoop reported April 3 that GAO denied allegations by General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business that DISA “engaged in misleading negotiations” during the bid evaluation process for its  Global Solutions Management-Operations II recompete.
