H. John Gilbertson, a 27-year veteran of Goldman Sachs Group, has joined the board of directors of aviation services provider AAR.
Gilbertson's appointment grows the number of AAR's board members to 12, the company said Tuesday.
At Goldman Sachs, he provided financial and strategic advice to clients as the financial services company's managing director and also served as its partner-in-charge of investment banking services for the Midweat region segment.
His industry career also includes various positions at Bain & Co., Chase Manhattan Bank and Morgan Stanley. Gilbertson is also a board member at Dover and Meijer.
