Trijicon has won a five-year, $64M contract to deliver squad common optic systems, associated spare parts and non-functional units to the U.S. Marine Corps.

The company will also refurbish test articles and provide training and logistics support services as part of the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.

USMC is slated to award $48K for the initial delivery order and a cumulative sum of $19M for the succeeding two orders.

Marine Corps Systems Command received three proposals for the competitively offered contract and the service branch will obligate $19M from fiscal year 2020 funds.

Contract work is scheduled to run through February 2025 at Wixom, Mich.

Trijicon is a Michigan-based company that offers reflex sights, thermal systems, iron sights and riflescopes for commercial, law enforcement and military customers.
