NTT Data Services has landed a five-year contract of an undisclosed sum to help the Oklahoma state digitally augment employee experience.
The company said Tuesday it will deliver, manage and support end-user computing devices of the state's Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
The effort uses a device-as-a-service approach to help the office modernize service desk and field services, and provide support for information technology sustainment.
“By optimizing operations and redesigning the employee experience, NTT DATA will help manage risks, control costs and minimize service disruptions for State employees,†said Chris Merdon, senior vice president for public sector at NTT Data.
