Graf Research has secured a potential eight-year, $49.5M contract from the U.S. Air Force to conduct applied research activities for assured microelectronics technologies.
The company will also formulate trust assessment methods for potential system gaps and build mitigation approaches as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The Air Force Research Laboratory solicited the contract through the Small Business Innovative Research III vehicle and the service branch obligated $5.9M for the initial task order.
Contract work will run through Feb. 15, 2028, and is slated to take place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
Founded in 2015, Graf Research manufactures defense-grade and mission-critical products to commercial clients.
