Russ Quinn, chief commercial officer at Top Aces, has been promoted to the position of president.

Quinn brings 26 years worth of adversary air training services under the U.S. Air Force to his new capacity, the company said Friday.

Before Top Aces, Quinn served as vice president of Air Force business development at L3 Technologies prior to its merger with Harris to form L3Harris Technologies. He also flew solo missions for the Aerial Demonstration Squadron and worked as deputy commander of the Adversary Tactics Group at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

“With his unique background in F-16 tactical aviation, executive leadership, and business development, Russ is the perfect candidate to lead our expanding U.S. operations,” said Paul Bouchard, CEO at Top Aces.

Top Aces is a Mesa, Ariz.-based company that offers airborne adversary, defense and joint terminal attack controller training services worldwide.
