Media publisher American Security Today has recognized Apollo Video Technology for the firm's public transport safety software.

The mSET product has won Apollo the “Platinum Winner” title under AST’s ASTORS awards, Luminator Technology Group, Apollo’s parent company, said Friday.

The software works to facilitate safety and efficiency management across public transport operations of transit agencies and features mapping functions that generate video footage across vehicle locations.

Users may leverage mSET’s video security systems and tools to support system health, oversee surveillance, monitor vehicle operators and manage operations.

“We are honored to be recognized for our Platinum achievement in American Security Today’s distinguished 2019 ‘ASTORS’ Awards Program for advances in our transit management platform,” said Kirk Goins, CEO at Luminator Technology Group.
