KPMG has secured an $11.9M contract option from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service to audit financial statements for the Army Corps of Engineers' civil works and suballotted funds.
The exercised option brings the potential value of a previously awarded five-year contract to $33.3M, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Audit services will take place in McLean, Va., through Dec. 31, 2020.
DoD noted the original award's maximum value is $57.7M, which covers a base period of 12 months and four one-year options.
