Google has introduced a new tool that uses a natural language processing approach to manage large volumes of unstructured data.
The AutoML Natural Language tool houses various machine learning capabilities such as entity extraction and customer sentiment analysis, Lewis Liu, product manager for natural language at Google, said in a blog post published Friday. The offering is also designed to categorize digital content to help content creators access insights and patterns.
The tool has been updated to accommodate PDF files and support 5K classification labels. Google also secured Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certification at the moderate level to offer the product to federal government agencies.
“We also launched preferences for enterprise data residency for AutoML Natural Language customers in Europe and across the globe to better serve organizations in regulated industries,†said Liu.
