Four female members of Unisys' board of directors have been included in WomenInc.'s list of influential corporate directors for 2019.

The publication will feature Deborah Lee James, Denise Fletcher, Lisa Hook and Regina Paolilo in both the online and print editions of its annual award program.

James, a 2016 Wash100 inductee, served as secretary of the U.S. Air Force from 2013 to 2017 and previously  held positions at Science Applications International Corp.

Fletcher is a former executive vice president of finance at development firm Vulcan while Hook most recently worked as president and CEO of information services provider Neustar.

Paolillo serves as EVP and chief financial and administrative officer of customer experience technology company TTEC Holdings.

Peter Altabef, CEO and chairman at Unisys, said the company is committed to diversity and inclusion efforts in the workplace.

"Each of our women board members brings their own unique mix of business acumen, professional accomplishment and strategic vision," Altabef added.
