The Air Force Research Laboratory’s Catalyst Space Accelerator unit has selected eight firms for its fifth accelerator session launched in partnership with Microsoft.
The firms will each get $15K in funding and participate in training and networking activities as part of the three-month program focused on leveraging data fusion techniques for space technology development efforts, CSA said Monday.
Under the Data Fusion for Space Applications Accelerator, the companies will receive guidance from Department of Defense and industry representatives on how to navigate the government contracting landscape and develop their products to suit current warfighter needs.
CSA narrowed down a pool of 20 applicants as part of the selection process.
