Vectrus Named Military Friendly Employer for Sixth Consecutive Year

Viqtory has recognized Vectrus for the latter’s efforts to employ, retain and support former military service personnel.

Vectrus said Thursday its inclusion in the 2020 Military Friendly Employer list marks the firm’s sixth year of receiving the recognition.

The information technology company employs a workforce, of which 35 percent consists of individuals with connections to the military.

“Military veterans bring leadership experience, specialized skills and an instant knowledge of, and appreciation for, our clients’ missions,” said Frank Peloso, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Vectrus.

Viqtory, an organization working to help the military community access civilian careers, uses public data and survey responses to determine the list’s content.
