Unisys has launched a new cloud application designed to support the automation of cloud operations and digital transitions.

The company said Wednesday its CloudForte for ServiceNow offering works to streamline business workflows and speed up information technology deployments across an organization’s operations, supporting ServiceNow, a tool that digitizes business workflows.

The new Unisys-made product enables IT service management through the use of cognitive artificial intelligence to automate workloads, supplies templates for digital service automation, offers integrated DevOps tools and accelerates hosting and accreditation timelines for high-security cloud deployments.

Gary Wang, vice president of cloud and infrastructure services at Unisys Federal, said CloudForte for ServiceNow would help customers tailor IT operations to meet business and mission objectives.
