Cisco has tapped TTEC Holdings to serve as a reseller of an enterprise Contact Center as-a-Service offering for government agencies and large companies.
TTEC said Tuesday its TTEC Digital subsidiary will integrate and support the Webex Contact Center Enterprise service and deliver cloud migration assistance efforts to customers as part of the agreement.
Webex works to consolidate customer channels and interactions through the use of multitenant and multi-instance tools.
Omar Tawakol, general manager and vice president at Cisco’s contact center solutions segment, said that the offering “addresses a critical gap in the market that will greatly accelerate enterprise adoption of CCaaS.â€
TTEC Holdings noted that over 3M agents from more than 30K brands have used Cisco's contact center products.
