Teaming platform developer Govmates has established a consortium with the goal of simplifying the other transaction authority process for nontraditional contractors and federal customers.
The free-membership Govmates Consortium offers connections with more than 3K companies as well as academic organizations and other relevant entities, the consortium said Thursday.
Members may leverage Govmates’ scouting platform designed to help agencies explore emerging technology platforms in the market.
The company added it provides acquisition support and program management services to federal clients in an effort to accelerate the procurement and delivery of new technologies.
Katie Bilek, co-founder of the consortium, said the Govmates platform has generated more than 25K matches between companies and federal agencies to date.
Govmates also conducts teaming introductions, small business outreach programs and market research activities.
