Booz Allen Hamilton and Medallia have partnered to help government agencies deliver customer and employee experience programs.
Medallia said Wednesday it will deliver Medallia Experience Cloud, a cloud-based customer experience platform, as Booz Allen designs and delivers CX and EX programs.
The effort aims to help the public sector gather, analyze and address feedback data from customers and employees.
“The Public Sector understands the value of citizen and employee experience and the meaningful return on investment these programs can provide,†said Brian Michael, vice president of public sector at Medallia.
Multiple government initiatives, such as the President’s Management Agenda and 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, support and prioritize the implementation of CX and EX programs.
