Akhil Handa has been named chief operating officer of information technology provider Oxley Enterprises, where he brings 17 years of industry experience supporting federal customers, FedHealthIT reported Monday.
He will be responsible for the Stafford, Va.-based company's business operations, strategy, client implementation and delivery functions as well as drive its growth and cyber initiatives.
Handa previously served as senior vice president of operations at Collective FLS, director of operations at B3 Group and ByLight Professional IT Services and COO at VetsAmerica Business Consulting.
Oxley Enterprises is a certified under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program.
