Phoenix Oversight Group, a consulting firm specializing in mortgage technology, has received Accenture’s recognition as small business of the year for 2019.
Accenture said Monday it recognized Phoenix for the latter’s contributions to the Department of Veterans Affairs Loan Electronic Reporting Interface Redesign, or VALERI-R, project.
VALERI-R aims to update the system that VA uses to manage home loans. Phoenix provided loan service system expertise to help Accenture implement standards and reconstruct processes under the effort.
Accenture Federal Services and Phoenix jointly developed an Agile-based cloud platform designed to help VA use loan data for quality management.
“Our partnership with AFS has been pivotal to our company, and we are humbled to be selected to work with them on this important initiative,†said Tela Mathias, a managing partner at Phoenix.
