SAP Concur has unveiled a program that will enable educational organizations and government agencies to access a network of recommended resellers.
The U.S. Public Sector Resell program is part of an overall effort that seeks to accommodate resellers that can speed up travel and spend management automation capacities worldwide, the company said Wednesday.
LSI and Meridian Partners have agreed to join under the reseller program. SAP Concur intends to add reseller partners along with the anticipated expansion of the firm's public sector business.
“The U.S. Public Sector Resell program strengthens SAP Concur’s ability to better serve public sector organizations as they work to modernize their technology investments,†said David Ballard, vice president of public sector group at SAP Concur.
The company noted that local and state government agencies spent $107.6B in information technology modernization efforts, while the federal government allotted over $88B, according to a report by the Office of Management and Budget.
