Artificial intelligence firm Hypergiant Industries and Dynetics have teamed up to market space mission offerings for Amazon Web Services’ commercial and public sector clients.
The two companies will utilize an AWS Ground Station to support space ecosystem customers through the provision of mission and payload on-demand services, Hypergiant said Wednesday.
In addition, an integrated set of services will assist Hypergiant’s Slingshot deployment tool on its missions aboard the International Space Station.
Jonathan Pettus, vice president of strategic cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and information technology at Dynetics, said that its experience working with NASA, the Department of Defense and commercial aerospace companies “provides a unique value proposition†with Hypergiant while also delivering “flexible, cost-effective, and secure†offerings using AWS.
