A total of 15 women employees at Huntington Ingalls Industries have received recognition for their science, technology, engineering and math contributions.
HII said Monday it co-sponsored the 24th annual Women of Color STEM Conference, which honored the work of women in the STEM field. The event took place in Detroit from Oct. 3 to 5.
At the conference, eight employees with Technology All-Star awards for career achievements and seven with Technology Rising Star awards for technological innovation work.
The recipients come from all three HII divisions. Their names and positions are:

In October 2018, 13 employees were honored at the 23rd Women of Color STEM Conference.
