Gene Colabatistto, president of CAE‘s defense and security group, has announced plans to retire by the end of 2019.
CAE said Monday the company has initiated the process of identifying a successor to Colabatistto, who will continue to serve in his role through Dec. 31 to facilitate the leadership transition.
Marc Parent, president and CEO of CAE, commended Colabatistto’s contributions to the defense and security business’ transformation in the past seven years.
Colabatistto, a previous Wash100 winner, has over two decades of experience in the defense sector. Prior to CAE, he previously worked at Science Applications International Corp. as senior vice president for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance group.
