Mary Finch, former chief human resources officer at AECOM, has joined DXC Technology to serve as executive vice president and chief human resources officer.

She will oversee HR and employee engagement across DXC’s global operations in her new role, the company said Tuesday.

Her duties will cover efforts on recruitment and retention, talent development, HR policy, employee compensation, staffing, workforce development and global diversity.

Finch will report directly to Mike Salvino, president and CEO at DXC Technology.

“Our employees are key to achieving our goals and aspirations, and I am excited to join Mike and the DXC team in transforming our workforce, developing and nurturing our global talent, and instilling new levels of pride and performance among our employees,” said Finch.

Finch globally implemented a talent management strategy and performance support tools at AECOM. She joined AECOM in 2015 after her time as Accenture’s senior managing director and chief operations officer for global human resources.
