Electrosoft Obtains CMMI Maturity Level 3 Reappraisal for Services, Dev’t

Electrosoft Services has been reappraised at Maturity Level 3 under the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration framework for the firm’s service delivery and developmental capacities.

The Maturity Level 3 designation indicates that an organization’s processes are defined via standards and methods and are both understood and “well-characterized,” the company said Tuesday.

Certified appraiser Acme Process Group evaluated Electrosoft through the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement.

“This reaffirmation of our long-established CMMI Level 3 capability in both our services and development segments recognizes the high level of delivery, technical, managerial and process maturity achieved by the organization,” said Mike Tilman, chief operating officer at Electrosoft.
